The Hornets then went on a run in the fourth quarter as junior Jacob Singer scored 11 of the team's 21 points in the quarter to give the Hornets the win.

Singer finished the game with 16 points, sophomore Nic Ingerick finished with 10, and sophomore Quinn Henry had seven points and five steals. Sophomore Collin Pietropola had six points and five rebounds, senior Dawson Prough scored four points and grabbed eight rebounds, and juniors Brandon Lamphier and Alden Weiner and freshman Andrew Brelo all scored two points.
