Middle School Boys Bball runs win streak to 9 games

The Wellsboro Boys Middle School basketball team defeated Williamson 42-13 Monday evening.
The Hornets jumped out to a 14-0 lead after the first quarter and extended their lead to 27-7 at halftime before securing the victory in the second half.
Aaron Kirk led the Hornets with 9 points, Jacob Baldwin and Ethan Keane scored 8 points each, Drayden McGee and Marek Mascho scored 4 points each, Jonathan Carl added 3 points, and Maxwell Mascho, Luke Rothermel and Max Macias all scored 2 points to round out the scoring on the night.
The Hornet B Team won 26-16. Keagan Spaar scored 10 points to lead the team, Maxwell Mascho scored 6 points, Gideon Lawton scored 4 points, and Marek Mascho, Syler Pietrzyk and Bryan Bergen each scored 2 points.
